By using tightbucket.com ("the service"), run by TightBucket, you agree to these terms.
The service
TightBucket produces automated audits of public websites. Audits are heuristic, provided as-is, and for information only. They aren't legal, security or financial advice. Verify findings before acting on them; every finding includes its evidence for that reason.
Acceptable use
- Only audit sites you own, work on, or have a legitimate business interest in.
- No automated mass requests, scraping of reports, or attempts to bypass rate limits or quotas.
- No using the service to harass, defame or mislead (for example, presenting a report as something it isn't).
- API keys are personal to your account. Keep them secret.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are sold and billed through Whop, which processes payment, tax and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Whop account; you keep access until the end of the paid period. If the service is materially broken and we can't fix it, contact us within 14 days of a charge for a refund. Plan limits are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
Fix Sprints
We agree the scope and price in writing before you pay. If we can't deliver the agreed scope, we refund the undelivered portion. You're responsible for backups and for giving us appropriate access; we're not responsible for changes made by others during or after a sprint.
White-label reports
Agency customers may present reports under their own brand to their clients. You're responsible for how you represent them.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
